Encompassing pre production and planning through to on site management and de-rig we ensure that every aspect of your event is fully managed. This leaves you with just one job- to thoroughly enjoy your event.
Whether its a super food buffet or three course fine dining, a hog roast or a mobile pizza van, we can source and deliver any form of catering for your event. With our Sussex foodie connections we pride ourselves at sourcing local food, where possible pesticide free and with a focus on reduced food miles and happy animals.
We love producing entertaining events and can source the perfect performer or musical accompaniment for you and your guests to enjoy. Whether it’s a live band, a circus act or a solo performer, we have some of the best industry contacts.
Coordinating and planning weddings is at the very heart of what we do and for good reason-we absolutely LOVE it. The very thought of helping a bride and groom choose their favourite flower scheme, table setting, lighting effect, catering supplier, band, venue and every other element that contributes towards the Big Day triggers pure JOY.
With sustainability at the core of everything we do, we work with the best local suppliers drawing on the amazing talent and resources of East and West Sussex and the equally bountiful surrounding counties too. We are so lucky to live in the area that we do and sharing our local knowledge and connections is quite simply an honour.
Perhaps the most significant part of the service is coordinating the wedding itself. Working with the venue and suppliers in the weeks and days before the date, Lucy will create and distribute a detailed wedding day schedule to ensure everything works to plan. Depending on the size and scale of the wedding, she is on site for the set up and also de-rig so you can truly relax knowing that everything is being taken care of by a professional team with YOUR vision and dreams at it’s core.
