Our Story
Rhythms and Ribbons was formed by Lucy Bennett in 2018 to create beautiful, uplifting and memorable events.
After studying a Masters in Literature at Sussex University, Lucy’s first job was in event management; organising launch parties, award ceremonies and corporate team building events for a Brighton based event company.
Later drawn into the world of Film and Television, Lucy produced and directed a number of documentaries for Channel 4 alongside education programmes and films for clients ranging from the satellite channel Teachers TV to the Department of Development Studies at Sussex University.
Now very much back in the world of live events and all things celebration, Lucy has merged 20 years of production skills with a life time of creative thinking. The result is huge job satisfaction from infusing the art of documenting life moments into the creation of memorable and magical events.
